1. What We Collect

When you create an account, we collect your email address and authentication credentials via Supabase Auth. If you join the waitlist, we store your email in Upstash Redis. We do not sell your personal data.

2. Analytics

We use PostHog for product analytics. Analytics are only initialised after you give cookie consent. You can decline analytics and the core search functionality will still work.

3. Cookies

We use localStorage to remember your cookie consent preference and session bookmarks. Authentication cookies are set by Supabase. Analytics cookies are only set if you consent.

4. Third-Party Services

SponsorMap relies on a small set of vetted processors. Each handles a narrow slice of the service and operates under its own published privacy terms.

• Supabase — account authentication and session cookies.
• PostHog (EU region) — product analytics, only after you accept cookies.
• Typesense Cloud — search index over the public Home Office sponsor register.
• Upstash Redis — waitlist email storage and API rate limiting.
• Anthropic — powers the in-app AI assistant. Your question is sent to Anthropic with no identifying account data attached.
• Resend — sends the confirmation email when you join the waitlist.
• Vercel — hosts the website and serverless functions; receives standard request metadata (IP, user agent) for routing and abuse protection.
• Google Fonts — typography is loaded from Google’s font CDN.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Email us at hello@sponsormap.uk to make a request.
